Gmail Filter Helper is a private tool used by Jonathan Zalesne to manage the filters on his own personal Gmail account. It creates and updates Gmail filters so that mail from senders he has chosen to block skips his inbox automatically.
The tool is not offered to the public, and it is used only with the account of its owner.
